In a strategic move to deepen its presence in India and strengthen ties with its reseller ecosystem, Ms. Taline Forsberg, President of Cimatron, visited India alongside Ms. Sophie Delgado, Director – HR, Cimatron & GibbsCAM. The visit enhanced Cimatron’s ongoing commitment to the region and was marked by the formal introduction of key new partners and resellers.
During her address, Ms. Forsberg shared Sandvik’s broader vision for INTELLIGENT MANUFACTURING, emphasizing the integration of design, manufacturing, machining, and quality verification across its brands, including Cimatron, GibbsCAM, Mastercam, and Vericut. She highlighted India’s vital role in this strategy, both as a growing market and as a technology and development hub for the company.
“India is an important part of our global footprint- not only due to its expanding market potential, but because of the talent and innovation that we are proud to furture here,” Ms. Forsberg stated.
Major Highlights of the Visit
1. Cimatron officially welcomed several new resellers across India and Middle East into its expanding network.
2. Sim Technologies, led by Suresh Jadhav and Mohanraj, will represent Cimatron in South and West India. With their extensive experience in CAD/CAM solutions makes them a key addition to the Cimatron family.
3. ImageGrafix Solutions, represented by Shaju Jospeh, Arjun Dhage, and Vikas Jadhav, brings deep expertise from their manufacturing software background and will cover mold and die market in India and the Middle East for Cimatron.
4. Abhishek Dhawan, with extensive CAM Sales background, has signed up as Cimatron reseller for the Punjab region and will promote Cimatron products.
Strategic Collaboration Announcements
Cimatron also announced Mark Engineering as an official API Development Partner, expanding its solution capabilities and integration scope. With Sandvik’s support, the India team now has a stronger brand presence and strategic outreach in the market.

Global Vision Shared with Partners
Ms. Forsberg shared Cimatron’s global plans as part of the Sandvik group in a clear and simple manner. She said the company is working on setting up a global team to develop post processors, which will help improve support for both global and regional users. They are also focusing on strengthening their technical support system beyond the basic level, so customers get better help when they need it. Ms. Forsberg stressed the importance of listening to customer feedback to improve the products continuously. She also spoke about working closely with other brands under Sandvik and finding ways to share innovation and work better together.
She mentioned that the Sandvik Group invests heavily in research and development, and by the end of 2024, the company had more than 7,000 patents globally in the group. The goal, she said, is to make Cimatron a leading name in complete CAD/CAM solutions for mold and die manufacturing by 2030.

Speaking about the growing network, Amol Mane, Director- Sales and Marketing Cimatron (Southeast Asia, India, Middle East, ANZ, and South Africa), said, “ ImageGrafix Solutions comes with very good infrastructure and knowledge of the market, especially in manufacturing domain. This will help us expand in India and kick-start operations in the Middle East. Their experienced and capable team will play a big role in that growth.
