HASCO’s expanded gear range provides greater flexibility

HASCO has launched its newly developed Z1875/… inclined column guide, designed to simplify the production of slides in injection moulding tools.

Slides play a critical role in moulding applications involving undercuts and lateral movements, making them essential during the demoulding process. With this innovation, HASCO addresses the growing need for high precision, durability, and ease of assembly in mould tool components.

The new inclined column guide enhances process reliability while streamlining toolmaking operations, supporting manufacturers in achieving greater accuracy and efficiency in injection moulding.

Controlled movements thanks to precise guidelines

In combination with the proven Z01/… and Z016/… inclined columns, the Z1875/… enables precise guidance of the slides. The defined 18° inclined guide ensures controlled movements and minimises wear thanks to precise guidelines. The material combination, carefully matched between the guide element and the inclined columns, helps to extend service life.

Easy handling, reduced set-up times

A particular advantage is that the system can be mounted from the cutting plane, which reduces set-up times and allows for easy handling. This makes necessary maintenance work much easier.
The inclined guide pillar is available in ten sizes for guide pillar diameters from 8 to 30 mm, covering a wide range of tool dimensions.

For toolmakers, this results in direct benefits in the form of more efficient workflows and greater process reliability. With the Z1875/… inclined column guide, HASCO once again underlines its claim to offer technically sophisticated solutions for mouldmaking that not only deliver performance but also generate tangible added value in practice.
