HASCO has introduced an extended native library for SolidWorks, now available to support efficient, flexible, and future-ready product development in tool and mould-making. Featuring a significantly expanded range of components along with intelligent and practical functions, the database enables both prototype development and the design of mass-produced components—directly within SolidWorks.
The updated library includes numerous new additions, further expanding the product portfolio within the database. These include guide elements, ejectors, components for demoulding and casting, measuring technology, cooling systems, and general mould components. This enhancement provides users with a broader selection of ready-to-use CAD components suitable for a wide range of applications.
Many of the new and modified components have integrated, optimised take-off heads. These reduce the post-finishing work, increase the performance in the CAD process and simplify the practical implementation in mould-making. The take-off heads are available either in the version “minimum material abrasion“ or “mid-tolerance“, and thus allow a flexible deign.
With this comprehensive update of the SolidWorks native library, HASCO is offering a high-performance basis for simple and efficient design processes and maximum design freedom in mould-making.
