The 9th edition of IPTEX and the 7th edition of GRINDEX were officially inaugurated today at the Auto Cluster Exhibition Center, Pune, marking the commencement of a landmark three-day exhibition dedicated to the gear and mechanical power transmission industry. Running from February 26 to 28, 2026, IPTEX–GRINDEX 2026 brings together leading manufacturers, technology providers, and industry experts from India and across the globe.
Bringing IPTEX 2026 (9th Edition) and GRINDEX 2026 (7th Edition) together as one powerful platform, this year’s event unites the entire gear and power transmission ecosystem under one roof. The exhibition showcases advancements in gear cutting, grinding, honing, and finishing technologies, alongside automation, metrology, cutting tools, lubricants, software, and allied solutions.
The event strongly aligns with India’s “Make in India” vision by highlighting cutting-edge manufacturing technologies and promoting global competitiveness in precision engineering. The inauguration ceremony witnessed the presence of distinguished dignitaries and industry leaders, including Chandrakant Nemade and Ashish Nemade of NEMADE, representatives from DVS Technologies, Rohit Pereira of Kapp Niles, Vishwajit Kothari of Cyber Gears, Soundararajan KP, former MD of Gleason Works India, Prakash Kadam of Pragati Transmission, and Sachin Mahajan of Quaker Houghton, among others.
