The new tool set includes four different diameters—M6, M8, M10, and M12—providing a practical combination for various applications. This reduces acquisition costs compared to individual purchases and ensures optimized stocking in the production process. Two versions are available – a tool set for basic threads and a tool set for through threads.

The EASYTap was developed with the key challenges in thread production in mind and is characterized by perfect chip removal, long tool life, a wide range of applications, and maximum process reliability. It produces true-to-gauge threads up to 3xD and can be used in almost all materials –steel, stainless steel, cast iron, or aluminum.

A newly developed cutting geometry, optimized flutes, and a 45° helix angle ensure stable and efficient chip formation without chip buildup.
