The REGO-FIX Group today announces a transition in its executive management. With effect from January 1, 2026, Richard Weber, long-standing CEO of REGO-FIX AG, has stepped down from his operational leadership role. He has handed over the position to Pascal Forrer, who has assumed responsibility for leading the company’s operations.

Following a careful evaluation process, the Board of Directors has unanimously appointed Pascal Forrer as the new CEO. Pascal Forrer has been with REGO-FIX since 2018, where he has been responsible for strengthening the company’s international focus in marketing and sales. With more than 20 years of experience in the machining industry and a strong market-driven approach, he has made a significant contribution to the sustainable global growth of the REGO-FIX Group. His appointment as CEO is the result of a long-term succession plan and underlines REGO-FIX’s commitment to continuity and sustainable leadership.

As of January 1, 2026, Richard Weber has assumed the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors, focusing on the strategic direction of the REGO-FIX Group. Together with his brothers Andreas and Stefan Weber, both members of the Board of Directors, he will continue to take responsibility for the family-owned company.

The long-standing and trust-based collaboration between Richard Weber and Pascal Forrer will continue to ensure a close alignment between strategic and operational leadership in the future.

The REGO-FIX Group looks to the future with confidence and will be pleased to answer any further questions.
