Renishaw, a global leader in engineering technologies, will make its debut at at Automation Expo 2025, Mumbai which will be held between 11th and 14th August 2025. At Stall M-05, Hall 3, the company will showcase its groundbreaking RCS product series for industrial robot calibration, along with a wide range of position feedback encoders used by robot and automation equipment manufacturers for precise positioning in challenging environments. Visitors can also explore Renishaw’s Equator™ flexible gauge, designed for machining operations where measurement data is used to update offsets for automated process control.

RCS T-90 on FANUC robot

Renishaw will unveil three products at Automation Expo which all sit within the RCS product series:

RCS L-90: a single linear ballbar in a portable toolkit, designed for tool and part frame set-up, tool frame verification, and robot joint repeatability tests.

RCS T-90: a tri-ballbar portable toolkit for advanced calibration, TCP reorientation, robot mastering, and robot recovery.

RCS P-series: a brand new range of robot-specific probes and tool setters, with the option of hard-wired, radio, and optical transmission and dual mounting options. Enabling the automatic location of tool and part frames, and autonomous recovery routines.

Dr. Jonas continues, “India’s role within the industrial automation market is rapidly changing and expanding, particularly within the automotive industry and electric car production. Renishaw’s metrology expertise enables us to combine robot accuracy with repeatability to rapidly advance automation.
