HASCO Introduces Flexible High-Temperature Hose for Moulds

HASCO has introduced the new PFA high-temperature hose Z8561/…, designed to provide a high-performance solution for precise temperature control in moulds. The hose features a multi-layer construction that delivers exceptional flexibility.

Designed for demanding operating conditions, the hose is equipped with a robust silicone coating that protects it from mechanical stress. It is resistant to almost all chemicals and can be used with a wide range of media, including water, superheated steam, oil and air. Its high chemical and thermal resistance enables reliable operation at temperatures of up to +200 °C, even when aggressive additives are present, contributing to a long service life.

The PFA high-temperature hose is available in red, blue and black. The colour coding allows clear identification of inlet and outlet lines as well as temperature control bridges.

Custom configuration is easily carried out using the HASCO hose configurator. The configurator allows the PFA high-temperature hose to be ordered in the required length – with matching fittings on request. This ensures the user receives a solution precisely tailored to their requirements.

Thanks to its combination of flexibility, resilience and durability, the new HASCO PFA high-temperature hose Z8561/… delivers lasting improvements in efficiency, safety and reliability in day-to-day production.
