Strengthening India’s growing capabilities in precision tooling and mould manufacturing, Helli Moulds will participate in the 14th Die & Mould India International Exhibition (DMI 2026), organised by TAGMA INDIA and scheduled from April 21 to 24, 2026 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai.

At DMI 2026, Helli Moulds will showcase a range of mould components manufactured entirely in-house, highlighting its engineering capabilities and manufacturing expertise. The company plans to display components catering to diverse application segments including automotive, luggage, household products, toys, and piping, reflecting the increasing demand for high-quality tooling solutions across multiple industries.

The Indian die and mould industry is experiencing strong growth, driven by demand from the automotive sector, including the expanding EV segment, electronics, and consumer goods manufacturing. This momentum is further supported by national initiatives such as Make in India, increasing supply chain diversification, and the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies across the manufacturing ecosystem. At the same time, the sector continues to address challenges such as high capital investment requirements, skilled workforce availability, and fluctuations in raw material costs.

Commenting on the evolving industry landscape, Mr. Subin Vadakkiniyil, Director, Helli Moulds, said, “The Indian die and mould industry is entering a transformative phase supported by expanding manufacturing sectors and the shift towards advanced production technologies. At Helli Moulds, we strongly believe that technology-led manufacturing, precision engineering, and continuous capability building will define the next phase of growth.”

Over the years, the Die & Mould India exhibition has played an important role in strengthening India’s tooling ecosystem by enabling companies to showcase capabilities, generate new business opportunities, and build partnerships with OEMs and global technology providers. DMI 2026 is expected to further reinforce India’s position as a competitive global tooling hub by facilitating collaboration, innovation, and export opportunities.
