SLOKY® Torque Screwdriver Makes Solar System Installation Smooth, Secure, and Efficient

Energy consumption is rising steadily each day, while the fossil fuels stored within the Earth—such as oil, natural gas, and coal—are being rapidly depleted due to extensive human exploitation. As focus intensifies on renewable energy to address the growing energy crisis, solar power emerges as the most widely adopted alternative energy source.

Solar systems are made up of solar panels, a mounting system, and a solar inverter with computerized controller. The most common location for the installation of solar panels is the roof or on the ground. Solar panels need to be able to maintain their integrity in harsh weather conditions and to remain functional for a long period of time, therefore standard screws and high tensile strength screws (e.g. M6, M8, M10) are clamped in the solar systems to make sure the structure is absolutely stable and compact. In this kinds of situation, they need to be tightened with extreme precision.

Building solar systems with the SLOKY® torque screwdriver is straightforward, efficient, and accurate. Each adapter provides the exact, specified torque needed, enabling any user to apply the correct amount of tension with every fastening. Over-tightening or under-tightening is eliminated—once the set torque is reached, a “Click” sound alerts the user.

Interchangeable System

Not only the bits and handle, but the torque adapter itself is interchangeable!
The “Adapter” is responsible for torque control and can be customized with values ranging from 0.1 to 18Nm to suit various requirements.

The connection and driving components can also be tailored to match the user’s specific needs. Precise torque control is critical to maintaining fastening quality.
