Renishaw To Showcase Range of Probing And Tool Measurement Systems At DMI 2026

With an aim to demonstrate solutions that simplify shopfloor process control, Renishaw India will participate in the 14th Die & Mould India International Exhibition (DMI), organised by TAGMA INDIA, from April 21 to 24, 2026, at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai. The demonstration will feature a comprehensive range of probing and tool measurement systems for CNC machine tools, designed to enhance machining accuracy.

A key attraction will be the Digital Interactive Display (DID), offering hands-on experiences to educate visitors on probing systems, machine calibration, and optimisation. Highlights include the XM-60 multi-axis calibrator, which measures all six degrees of freedom from a single setup for faster volumetric compensation; the XL-80 laser interferometer for traceable geometric error detection; the NC4+ Blue F100 tool setter with blue laser tech detecting defects as small as 5 microns; and the RMP600 radio-transmission probe for reliable performance in complex setups.

These technologies empower Indian toolmakers to deliver global-quality tooling with greater speed, consistency, and confidence.

Paul Weaver, Director, Sales & Marketing, Renishaw India, said, “DMI is special because it unites the entire tooling community including the toolmakers, OEMs, moulders, and designers under one roof.

He added, “For Renishaw, it’s the ideal platform to showcase simple, practical technologies that boost accuracy and productivity right now. India’s die and mould industry has extraordinary potential,” he emphasised, “driven by a mindset shift toward smarter processes.

Our role is to make precision practical and scalable,” he continued, “helping toolrooms build accuracy into every process, not inspect it later.”

Renishaw invites professionals to experience these innovations firsthand, reinforcing its commitment to accessible precision for MSMEs and OEMs in automotive, EV, defence, and aerospace sectors.
