At the HANNOVER MESSE 2026, Agile Robots demonstrated the capabilities of AI-driven robotics, highlighting how robots can function as intelligent, interconnected systems rather than isolated machines. The company, founded on research from the German Aerospace Center, develops automation solutions in Germany for industrial companies worldwide.
A key highlight of the presentation was Agile ONE, the company’s humanoid robot. The system combines advanced hardware with artificial intelligence and utilizes Physical AI, integrating robotics and AI to enable intelligent decision-making and flexible adaptation to changing environments, including complex industrial applications.
Agile ONE is powered by proprietary Robotics Foundation Models developed in-house, supporting its ability to operate and respond effectively in industrial scenarios.
At the exhibition booth, visitors experienced Agile ONE in a range of application scenarios. One humanoid robot demonstrated its agility on a catwalk, while two additional Agile ONE units collaboratively assembled and packaged miniature Diana 7 robotic arms at a workstation. The robot‘s sensory perception was also visualized: a screen displayed in real time what the robot “sees” and how this input is processed and interpreted. In addition to these engaging demonstrations, visitors had the perfect opportunity to take a selfie with the robot.
