CAD Macro to Showcase ‘ShopPlan’ Digital Platform at DMI 2026

Strengthening the shift toward digital toolrooms and smart manufacturing, CAD Macro Design and Solutions (P) Ltd., is set to showcase its flagship platform ‘ShopPlan’ at the 14th Die & Mould India International Exhibition (DMI 2026), scheduled from April 21–24 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre. Developed in India, ShopPlan is an advanced ERP/MES/IIoT platform designed to digitally transform next-generation manufacturing industries by connecting machines, planning teams, and management into a unified, intelligent ecosystem.

Purpose-built for mould and die toolrooms, medical tooling, aerospace manufacturing, toy mould industries, mould base manufacturers, and precision machine shops, ShopPlan enables real-time production visibility, data-driven decision-making, machine connectivity through IIoT, and smart planning and scheduling. The platform empowers manufacturers to monitor and manage shopfloor operations anytime, anywhere, enhancing productivity, transparency, and operational control.

Manickam K, Managing Director, CAD Macro Design and Solutions (P) Ltd., highlighted the company’s focus on digital transformation and industry advancement, stating that “we are proud to present our Premium Product ShopPlan an advanced ERP/MES/IIoT platform developed in India to digitally transform India’s next-gen manufacturing industries,” adding that it is “purpose-built for mould & die toolrooms, medical toolrooms, aerospace manufacturing, toy mould industries, mould base industries, and precision machine shops,” where “manufacturers can connect machines, planning teams, and management into one intelligent digital ecosystem,” enabling “real-time production visibility, data-driven decision making, machine connectivity with IIoT integration, smart planning and scheduling for toolrooms, and the ability to monitor your factory anytime, anywhere, on any device.”

He further noted that “DMI 2026 is a valuable platform for the die and mould industry” that “showcases the capabilities of Indian toolrooms in precision manufacturing, complex tooling, and advanced technologies,” while providing “access to key decision-makers including OEMs, tier suppliers, global buyers, and industry leaders,” and offering “opportunities for technology demonstration, export growth, networking, and collaboration.”

Reflecting on industry trends, he emphasised the “shift toward automation, CNC, and digitalization,” while acknowledging “skilled manpower shortage and training gaps,” and highlighting that “adoption of digital toolroom management, ERP/MES, and automation will drive productivity and growth,” adding that “participation in past DMI exhibitions has been very positive, providing strong networking, business opportunities, learning, and market understanding.”

With its focus on digital toolroom integration and smart manufacturing, CAD Macro Design and Solutions (P) Ltd. continues to position itself at the forefront of India’s Industry 4.0 journey. The company’s participation at DMI 2026 reinforces its commitment to enabling greater efficiency, connectivity, and competitiveness across the tooling ecosystem.
