Held over five days from April 8-12 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center, CCMT 2024 is a sister show to the China International Machine Tool Show (CIMT), and is organized by the China Machine Tool & Too Builders’ Association.

At CCMT 2024, DN Solutions is set to curate an engaging series of sessions focused on New Product, Autonomous Manufacturing, and Automation. The event will also feature a captivating showcase of seven cutting-edge machines, each equipped with the latest technological advancements. Notably, DN Solutions will unveil its product offerings, including innovative models manufactured at its state-of-the-art plant in China. Additionally, attendees can expect to explore machining solutions tailored for the Chinese market.
The New Products session will highlight the cutting-edge SMX 2100ST, an advanced multi-tasking machine renowned for its exceptional productivity and precision machining capabilities, alongside the DNC 8060, an innovative ceramic and quartz polishing machine.
Within the Autonomous Manufacturing segment, attendees will have the opportunity to witness the Lynx 2605SY, a compact turning center seamlessly integrated with the collaborative robot COBOSOL. Originating from the globally acclaimed Lynx 2600 series, the Lynx 2605SY, crafted in China, boasts enhanced productivity and versatility with the inclusion of the Y-axis, facilitating the machining of intricate components in a single operation.
Lastly, the Automation session will feature the second-generation DVF 5000, a simultaneous 5-axis vertical machining center equipped with an Automatic Workpiece Changer (AWC), alongside the TT2100SYYB, a horizontal multifunctional turning center equipped with a bar feeder, optimizing material feeding efficiency. Moreover, they will introduce an innovative solution for enhancing productivity through the application of the Round Pallet System (RPS) to the NHP 5550 horizontal machining center manufactured in China.
Furthermore, DN Solutions will unveil its cutting-edge smart technologies, including CUFOS, a sophisticated smart machine operation platform developed in-house, alongside the D400 control system and iDOO CARE, a revolutionary smart factory solution. These innovative offerings will be showcased through a diverse array of audio-visual materials, providing attendees with an immersive experience.
