HASCO Enhances Mould Cooling with Push-Lok

HASCO, a long-standing expert in mould temperature control, has strengthened its cooling solutions portfolio with the introduction of the new Push-Lok system Ø5. With over five decades of experience, the company continues to offer a comprehensive range of solutions that support efficient mould cooling and high process reliability for mould- and diemakers worldwide.

The newly launched Push-Lok system Ø5 has been developed specifically for delicate mould areas requiring high efficiency and reliability. Designed with advanced connection technology, the system enables easy handling, quick installation, and reduced risk of errors during operation.

Additionally, the system features colour-coded inlets and outlets, allowing clear differentiation and improved operational safety. With this development, HASCO aims to provide a practical solution that enhances productivity while maintaining precision and reliability in mould temperature control processes.

Enhanced cooling system Ø5

At the same time, the proven cooling system Ø5 has also been further expanded. It stands for maximum functionality with minimum space requirements and opens up new possibilities for modern mould concepts. Specially designed for cooling slides and small mould inserts, it is ideal for very confined spaces where conventional systems cannot be used. The robust design, maximum tightness, and optimised temperature control ensure consistent production conditions and increase safety throughout the entire manufacturing process.

Innovation for the highest demands

With the combination of the exclusive Push-Lok system Ø5 and the expanded cooling system Ø5, HASCO once again demonstrates its innovative strength. The extraordinary variety of possible combinations within the HASCO cooling range offers economical, efficient, and safe solutions – even for challenging customer-specific applications.
