TIMTOS 2025, Co-organized by TAITRA and the Taiwan Association of Machinery Industry(TAMI), will take place from March 3 to 8, 2025, at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Halls 1 & 2 and Taipei World Trade Center Hall 1. With over 1,000 exhibitors occupying 6,100 booths, TIMTOS is one of the world’s most significant exhibitions for smart manufacturing and machine tools.

TIMTOS 2025 is themed “Integrate to Innovate,” emphasizing the power of integration and innovation to drive global businesses forward in five key application sectors: semiconductor, electric vehicle, medical, aerospace, and green energy. The exhibition introduces three major themes: “AI & Robotics,” “Future Smart Manufacturing,” and “Green Power & Sustainability,” setting the stage for groundbreaking developments in the industry.

Industry Leaders Take the Stage: Keynote & Forum on Future Trends

Marking its 30th edition, TIMTOS debuts its “TIMTOS Keynote & Forum” for the first time. The morning Keynote session will feature top global and domestic industry leaders discussing the future of smart manufacturing. Distinguished keynote speakers include Akihiro Teramachi, Chairman and CEO of Japan’s THK Group, and Haw Chen, CEO of Taiwan’s Techman Robot, both delivering insights into industry advancements. The afternoon Forum will host executives from Tokyo Seimitsu, Fair Friend Group, Siemens, and HIWIN, unveiling the critical competitive advantages in future manufacturing. This high-profile event will provide key insights into how industries worldwide can embrace AI and smart manufacturing to drive transformation in the machine tool sector.

Accelerating the Net-Zero Transition: The Future of Sustainable Manufacturing

As the global push for net-zero emissions intensifies, enhancing carbon resilience has become an urgent challenge for the machine tool industry and its supply chains. TIMTOS 2025 will guide manufacturers toward a more efficient, smarter, and greener future through a range of initiatives under the “ESG Action!” series. These include Keynote & Forum, Dr. Net Zero carbon consulting, Smart Manufacturing Guided Tours, and the Manufacturers Win Podcast. Industry leaders from Taiwan and around the world will explore trends in smart and green manufacturing, equipping manufacturers with knowledge on sustainability, carbon reduction policies, resource networking, and market strategies. These initiatives will help Taiwan’s industry integrate into global supply chains and seize new opportunities in the net-zero era.

30th Edition Celebration & Beer Festival: A Must-See Event

Beyond business matchmaking and procurement meetings, TIMTOS 2025 will host a series of engaging events, including the 30th Edition Celebration & Beer Festival, a TIMTOS history wall featuring a nostalgic photo collection, and interactive TIMTOS Light-Up ad displays. On the opening night of March 3, TIMTOS will illuminate Taipei’s iconic Taipei 101, celebrating its milestone edition with the industry. Through these festivities, TIMTOS fosters networking opportunities and strengthens global collaboration within the manufacturing ecosystem.

A Global Gathering: Strong International Participation

TAITRA announced that in 2025, it will expand invitations to buyers from Taiwan’s major machine tool export markets and emerging markets to visit and exhibit at TIMTOS. A total of 78 countries and over 2,200 international buyers have already pre-registered. Leading machine tool nations such as Germany, the United States, and Switzerland will organize national pavilions. TIMTOS continues to receive strong backing from top domestic and international brands, including Fair Friend Group, Tongtai Group, Victor Taichung, HIWIN, You Ji, Chmer, YCM, and Taiwan Takisawa, alongside global giants such as Siemens, Heidenhain, FANUC, MAZAK, and Mitsubishi, all set to showcase their latest models and smart manufacturing solutions.
