FEMWORX career congress launches call for papers

Following the resounding success of the FEMWORX career congress at HANNOVER MESSE 2024, the next edition of the event is scheduled for April 3 and 4, 2025. Over the course of two days, more than 1,500 attendees will discuss topical issues relating to diversity, career advancement, sustainability and new working environments, under the motto “Diverse Minds, Boundless Possibilities”.

The congress is primarily aimed at women from industry. “With FEMWORX, we are providing a platform to promote empowerment, networking and female leadership. Its integration in HANNOVER MESSE assures close proximity to industry and makes for unique synergies. Our motto is a call to break down the barriers in the tech and industrial world and shape a future in which diversity is the driving force for real progress,” says Johanna Meyer, Project Director FEMWORX at Deutsche Messe AG.

The FEMWORX career congress offers a varied program with hands-on workshops, stimulating panel discussions and inspiring lectures covering topics such as Career, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Health, New Work, and Leadership. The accompanying exhibition gives attendees the opportunity to gather information on career prospects, study programs, coaching and mentoring schemes, along with other employment-related topics and trends.

All those interested in playing an active role in the FEMWORK congress are invited to take part in the Call for Papers. The relevant documents can be accessed and filled out at www.femworx-congress.com. The deadline for submissions is November 29, 2024. The content of the lectures should be oriented to the thematic blocks referred to above.
