Among the showcased products, Mould Track was a major highlight. Launched just over 5 months ago, Mould Track is a smart system designed by HASCO to enable precise indoor localization of injection moulding tools. Utilizing ultra-broadband radio modules and intelligent software, Mould Track provides real-time tracking of mould location and status with an accuracy of few centimetres. This innovative solution optimizes production planning, reduces downtime, and enhances efficiency and productivity. Compatible with any mould size and type, Mould Track can be seamlessly integrated into existing infrastructure, offering a pioneering solution amidst increasing digitalization in the mould-making industry.
