HASCO has expanded its temperature control range with the introduction of new PTFE corrugated hoses designed to meet demanding requirements for flexibility and durability. The hoses offer high elasticity and tear resistance, enabling them to withstand heavy mechanical stresses, abrasion, and vibration while supporting a long service life and consistent performance.
The new product range is suitable for a wide variety of applications, particularly high-temperature moulds, due to its high temperature resistance and flexibility. The PTFE corrugated hoses also provide reliable temperature control in applications with operating pressures of up to 125 bar.
The corrugated inner core allows for an exceptionally small bending radius. Despite its high flexibility, it remains twist-free and kink-resistant, ensuring a consistently high flow rate.
Custom lengths and configurations can be easily created using the HASCO hose configurator. Users can select the length and connections to suit their specific requirements, thereby receiving a bespoke solution.
With the new PTFE corrugated hose series, HASCO once again demonstrates its expertise in mould temperature control, delivering maximum efficiency, safety and durability in production.
