HASCO recently launched marking stamps Z48600/… – Z48645/… without height adjustment, it enables simple solutions for the unambiguous, direct labelling of injection-moulded parts through production data or cavity numbers.

The stamps are noted for their precise latching function and an accurate axial height position when adjusting the arrow insert, thereby ensuring consistent component quality during the entire production process. The recessed engraving of the marking stamps guarantees a clean and precise reproduction of the injection-moulded parts, thereby ensuring good readability and resistance of the labelling.

The arrow inserts can be easily replaced from the parting plane. This facilitates maintenance and adjustment without the need to completely dismantle the moulding tool. The marking stamps are also suitable for very small installation spaces from 2.6 mm, which considerably extends their application possibilities.

Made from the rust-free material 1.4112, the marking stamps offer a high level of corrosion resistance, low-wear mechanics and a long service life over many production cycles. The new series supplements the proven range of HASCO marking stamps and offers users a variety of reliable possibilities for unambiguous product labelling during the injection moulding process, and thus enables traceability and maximum quality assurance.
