UCAM to Showcase High-Precision Rotary Tables for Advanced 5-Axis Machining at DMI 2026

UCAM USSR-250q TN – CNC Tilting Rotary Table

Strengthening its position in precision engineering and advanced motion solutions, UCAM is set to present its latest rotary table technologies at the 14th Die & Mould India International Exhibition (DMI 2026), scheduled from April 21–24 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre. As the tooling industry advances toward higher complexity and multi-axis machining, the focus is increasingly on achieving superior accuracy, rigidity, and performance within compact manufacturing environments.

With India’s tooling sector reaching new levels of technological maturity, platforms like DMI continue to play a crucial role in demonstrating the capabilities of domestic solution providers. The exhibition offers a unique opportunity to engage with decision-makers, benchmark innovations against global standards, and showcase engineering solutions designed for high-value applications across industries.

Mr. Vijay Zaritaklikar, National Sales Head at UCAM, highlighted the company’s showcase and industry perspective, stating that “DMI serves as a critical forum for technical peer review and has allowed us to focus on strategic engineering collaborations while demonstrating the quality of our rotary tables to a concentrated audience of decision-makers, effectively building the trust equity required to replace long-standing global brands in Indian workshops,” adding that “at DMI 2026, we will showcase the ULSR-200q TN, a high-performance 5-axis solution from UCAM’s Q-Series engineered with a 400 mm swing diameter on a 200 mm faceplate, designed to eliminate workpiece-size compromises and deliver the rigidity required for complex, high-value machining.”

He further elaborated on the product lineup, stating that “the UCAM USSR-250q TN CNC tilting rotary table is a compact, high-rigidity solution designed for high-dynamic 5-axis applications, featuring a robust tilt axis with pneumatic and hydraulic clamping to ensure thermal stability and angular precision for superior surface finishes,” while noting that “its compact and lightweight design, large work envelope, and ready-to-fit rotary union make it suitable across industries such as aerospace, automotive, medical, and general engineering,” and emphasising that “DMI 2026 marks the maturity of the Indian tooling sector by showcasing that Indian technology providers have achieved benchmarking parity with global leaders, capable of delivering the torque density, structural rigidity, and precision required for the most demanding applications.”

With its participation at DMI 2026, UCAM continues to reinforce its commitment to delivering high-performance rotary solutions while supporting the advancement of India’s precision manufacturing capabilities.
