Strengthening its focus on digital engineering and smart manufacturing, Dynaform India Private Limited, will showcase its advanced solutions for sheet metal costing and stamping simulation at the 14th Die & Mould India International Exhibition (DMI 2026), scheduled from April 21–24 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre. Designed to support OEMs, toolmakers, and suppliers, these solutions aim to enable faster, more informed decision-making during the product development cycle.

With increasing pressure on manufacturers to reduce timelines and improve accuracy, Dynaform’s technologies focus on optimizing feasibility validation, cost estimation, and die design processes. The company will also conduct live demonstrations at the exhibition, offering visitors a hands-on understanding of how digital tools can transform traditional RFQ and die development workflows.

Shashank Patake, Director of Engineering and Sales, Dynaform India Private Limited, highlighted the company’s exhibition focus, stating that “at DMI 2026, ETA will be showcasing Dynaform advanced solutions for sheet metal costing and stamping simulation, designed to help OEMs, toolmakers and suppliers make faster and more informed engineering decisions during the product development cycle,” adding that “one of the key highlights at our booth will be our flagship technology called Blank Size Engineering – Enterprise, which enables engineers to directly evaluate complete assemblies for raw material cost estimation and manufacturability assessment,” where “the system can process large assemblies overnight and generate detailed automated costing reports, enabling teams to significantly accelerate their RFQ response cycles,” noting that “this capability is particularly valuable for OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers who handle a high volume of RFQs on a daily basis,” helping organizations “reduce RFQ response time by up to 60–70%, while also improving consistency and accuracy in cost estimation.”

He further emphasised the breadth of solutions being presented, stating that “we are bringing a complete suite of solutions for sheet metal costing and forming, whether you’re validating feasibility, optimizing cost, or improving tool design,” where users can “predict formability and springback defects early, optimize die face design before manufacturing, validate die structures and reduce failures, and simulate real-world scenarios like drop tests, all within a unified environment,” adding that “if your goal is first-time-right tooling and fewer iterations, you’ll want to see this live,” while also highlighting that “Die & Mould India has always been one of the most important platforms for the tooling community,” enabling “meaningful discussions, knowledge exchange, and collaboration,” and noting that “DMI 2026 will showcase India’s growing capabilities in precision tooling and advanced manufacturing, while demonstrating how digital engineering tools can help improve productivity, reduce risks, and accelerate production readiness.”

With its participation at DMI 2026, Dynaform India continues to reinforce its commitment to enabling smarter, faster, and more efficient tooling through digital innovation.
