HASCO’s new black hose boosts Push-Lok for better cooling

The HASCO Push-Lok system can be used in many different applications in the field of cooling

The Push-Lok hose Z859PL/…, known for its flexibility and resistance to twisting and kinking, enables quick and tool-free assembly. The existing selection, featuring red hoses for outgoing lines and blue for incoming ones, has been expanded to include a black hose. This new addition aids in distinguishing between different media or can serve as a bridge for temperature control. The trio of color-coded hoses promotes an orderly arrangement of the cooling circuits.

With the flexible, twist-free and kink-resistant Push-Lok hose Z859PL/…, fast and reliable assembly can be carried out without tools. The proven range of products with the hoses in red for the outflow and blue for the inflow have now been extended with a black hose for the identification of various media or, for example, as a temperature control bridge. The three different colour variants allow a clearly organised layout of the cooling lines.

A special high-strength synthetic fabric insert in the EPDM hose guarantees much simpler assembly. Small minimum bending radii enable flexible application at temperatures from -40°C bis +140°C.

Fitting moulds with the corresponding equipment is now even easier and faster with the patented Push-Lok system. Supplementary accessories, such as hose clips and crimps, are no longer necessary. The special geometry of the Push-Lok components and the associated hoses ensures a reliable process connection during production. Repairs can be carried out directly, leading to considerable time savings and cost reductions.

Hoses and shut-off couplings, either with or without a valve and at an angle of 45° or 90°, are perfectly tailored to each other. Immediate, clear recognition of the inlet and outlet lines on the mould is ensured by the colouring.

The extended Push-Lok system is tailored to HASCO’s proven standard cooling range, and hence a system change can be performed both rapidly and simply. The wide range of original HASCO cooling elements offers users many benefits of customised heating/cooling system configuration.
