Nidec Corporation has announced that its four machine tool companies—Nidec Machine Tool Corporation, Nidec OKK Corporation, Takisawa Machine Tool Co., Ltd., and PAMA S.p.A.—will be exhibiting at EMO 2025, held from September 22 to 26 in Hannover, Germany. Nidec Machine Tool Corporation, Nidec OKK Corporation will exhibit in Hall13-D02. Takisawa Machine Tool Co., Ltd., and PAMA S.p.A. will be exhibiting its solutions in Hall17-B44 and Hall13-B01 respecitively.

Since entering the machine tool sector in 2021, Nidec Corporation has significantly expanded its product lineup and now offers comprehensive solutions for precision component machining. The portfolio spans large machining tools, machining centers, lathes, gear manufacturing machine tools, cutting tools, and metal 3D printers, serving industries such as automotive, robotics, energy, aerospace, and more.

At EMO 2025, the Nidec Group companies will present their integrated machining units, automation systems, and new technologies designed to meet the growing global demand for labor-saving and automated solutions, helping manufacturers enhance production efficiency. Their booths will also highlight synergy-driven initiatives in technology development, production systems, and supplier integration under the ‘One Nidec’ slogan, reflecting the group’s commitment to delivering unprecedented value to customers.

  • Horizontal 5-axis Machining Center HX500: Nidec Machine Tool Corporation and Nidec OKK Corporation will unveil the HX500 horizontal five-axis machining center for the European market, alongside the VB-X350 vertical five-axis machining center equipped with a pallet system and automation solutions.
  • Internal Gear Grinding Machine ZI25A: Nidec Machine Tool Corporation and Nidec OKK Corporation will showcase the ZI25A internal gear grinding machine, as well as gear machines and broaches for the automotive and other sectors.
  • Floor-Type Horizontal Boring and Milling Machine SPEEDMILL 3000 B: This machine by PAMA S.p.A. caters to a variety of large-component machining requirements, including boring, facing, and drilling operations.
  • Composite Machining Unit TEX-2500S and Swiss-Type Lathe ST-366: Takisawa Machine Tool Co. Ltd., and Taiwan Takisawa Technology will present the new-concept TEX-2500 composite machining unit and composite lathes for high-efficiency machining, as well as the mass-production TT-2100IIG and the high-precision Swiss-type lathe ST-366 for the European market.
