Purohit Steel recently hosted roadshows on the 18th and 19th in Nashik and Pune, focusing on advancements in the tool steel segment, the capabilities of Purohit Steel, India’s increasing potential as a manufacturing hub, and how the tooling industry should prepare for future growth.
As one of the leaders and top stockists in the tool steel segment, Purohit Steel comprises five well-established units, maintaining an extensive inventory that includes hot work and cold work tool steels as well as special-purpose materials.
The event began with a presentation by Mr. Sagar Purohit, Head of Production at Purohit Steel, who shared the journey of Purohit Steel and highlighted the various solutions they offer to the tooling industry. This was followed by a presentation from Mr. Luca Fontò, Director of Sales at NLMK Verona, Italy, who discussed the latest advancements in tool steel, NLMK Verona’s R&D activities, and some of their newest products.
Subsequently, Mr. Vishal Purohit, Director of Business Development at Purohit Steel, emphasized the wide range of opportunities emerging in India and how Purohit Steel can support tooling companies with high-quality tool steel. He stated, “India’s growth in manufacturing over the past few years has spread a positive energy across the industry, and as the country’s top steel stockist and supplier, we are ready to serve the tooling industry with the best quality steel and services.”
The event saw the participation of over 250 delegates from across the industry, including representatives from TATA Motors, TATA AutoComp, IAC Group, TTB Tooling, Volkswagen, OM Galaxy, Bharat Forge, and several other prominent companies. Their presence and the shared updates across the industry made this event a resounding success.
