The Tooling Expo Pune 2025 has officially opened its doors at the Auto Cluster Exhibition Center, bringing together leading innovators, manufacturers, and technology providers from India’s tooling, moulding, and precision engineering sectors.

The three-day event, running from November 13–15, 2025, serves as a vibrant platform to showcase the latest advancements in tool steels, precision tooling, machining technologies, and industrial automation. Industry professionals, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers are participating in live product demonstrations, discussions, and technology showcases aimed at advancing India’s tooling capabilities.

The inaugural ceremony was graced by distinguished guests including Santosh Kulkarni, Vice President, Bajaj Auto Ltd.; Srinivas Reddy Loca, Vice President at Motherson Automotive; Sanjeev Kulkarni, CEO & Executive Director, ACS Domain-Uno Minda Group; Takamitsu Orikasa, Head Management, Hitachi Astemo; Ravi Tennety, Managing Director, NTTF Edutech and Yuki Saito, Functional Head, Procurement, Hitachi Astemo.

Organized by the NTTF Alumni Association of Pune, the Tooling Expo is recognized as one of the region’s premier events for the tooling community. Held biennially, it provides a valuable opportunity for toolmakers, component manufacturers, and technology partners to display innovations, strengthen partnerships, and explore emerging trends shaping the future of manufacturing.

This year’s edition features prominent exhibitors including HASCO, PCK-Buderus, Multiple Special Steels, voestalpine High Performance Metals India, Prime Graphite Pvt. Ltd., TopSolid India, OMG Auto Mould Pvt. Ltd., Ronch Absolute Tools Pvt. Ltd., and several other industry leaders.

Exhibitors are showcasing a wide range of technologies and solutions such as mould bases, standard components, hot runner systems, cooling and ejection elements, multi-cavity tooling systems, and customized solutions that enhance tool design and boost manufacturing efficiency.

Building on last year’s success, the 2024 edition of Tooling Expo witnessed over 62 exhibitors and 3,000+ visitors, with live demonstrations, workshops, and keynote sessions that fostered collaboration and business growth across the tooling value chain.

With its focus on innovation, knowledge exchange, and industry collaboration, Tooling Expo Pune 2025 promises to further strengthen the ecosystem driving India’s growing tooling and precision manufacturing industry.
