These high-performance actuators offer a powerful, energy-efficient alternative to traditional pneumatic cylinders. Designed for both light and heavy-duty applications, EMCs are known for their hygienic design, compact form, and adaptability across various industries. The range spans from small actuators to the EMC-HP (High Power) series, capable of handling linear motion involving forces weighing tons—all with outstanding efficiency. Construction
The screw drive in electromechanical cylinders converts the initiated motor torque into a linear motion. The piston rod, which is connected to the nut of the screw drive, will retract or extract – depending on the direction of the motor rotation. Both the nut and the piston rod are guided in the cylinder housing.
