CemeCon AG will present its advanced MultiCon® coating technology at EMO Hannover 2025, taking place in Hall 4, Stand C30. This solution specifically developed for high-performance wet and dry machining of steel and cast iron.

MultiCon® represents a significant evolution of traditional AlCrN coatings, enhanced by HiPIMS (High Power Impulse Magnetron Sputtering) technology. This next-generation coating delivers a very smooth surface, excellent adhesion, and optimized wear resistance, ensuring consistent and extended tool life under demanding conditions. Now available for all CC800® HiPIMS coating systems, MultiCon® is ideal for industrial users looking for reproducible performance in high-stress environments.
