Cimatron will host India’s High Performance Day in Bangalore on 19 August 2026, bringing together specialists from Cimatron, GibbsCAM and Hurco for an in-person seminar focused on mould and die manufacturing.
The event, themed ‘Shaping the Future of Mold & Die – Design & Manufacturing with Cimatron’, will cover developments in mould and die design, tooling and advanced computer-aided manufacturing (CAM).
The seminar will begin with registration and an industry outlook, followed by Cimatron technology sessions focusing on connected workflows for mould and die design, smart tooling and advanced CAM.
GibbsCAM and Hurco will then present partner perspectives on CAM and CNC machining. The event will conclude with a session on efficient mould and die machining using Cimatron NC Programming.
“Mould and die manufacturers today are under constant pressure to cut cycle times without compromising on precision,” said Amol Arun Mane, Director, Sales & Marketing, Asia, Cimatron. “This seminar is our attempt to put the actual solution in front of the people running these shop floors, rather than leaving it as a conversation confined to trade show booths.”
Kapil Gaitonde, Sales Manager, India, MEA and South Africa, Cimatron, added, “Mold & Die manufacturing has its own set of demands that general-purpose CAM tools often don’t address well. What we wanted to do with this session is show manufacturers exactly where Cimatron’s die and NC programming workflow fits into their existing process, and where it removes steps they’ve simply gotten used to living with.”
The seminar is open to applicants from the mould and related industries, including tool room owners, design engineers, CNC programmers, plant and production heads, and manufacturers evaluating a shift in their CAD/CAM platform. Attendees considering a switch from their current CAM system can also access on-site consultation and special promotional benefits. The evening closes with a networking reception, cocktails and dinner.
