HASCO is expanding its range of accessories for the H1210/… hot runner controllers with new and enhanced cable and adapter solutions. The portfolio expansion is aimed at meeting the growing variety of tool connection systems while supporting easier service, commissioning and fault diagnosis.
The new and expanded product groups H1211/…, H12110/… and H1213/… are designed to enable connections across a wide range of connector systems and wiring concepts. The solutions cover applications ranging from the standard HASCO industry connection to configurations with separate signal routing.
With the expanded portfolio, HASCO aims to provide users with practical connection solutions that support different tool configurations and simplify installation and servicing requirements.
Broad market coverage through the extended H1211/… programme
With the addition of 6- and 10-pin versions, HASCO now covers a significantly wider range of industrial connectors. In combination with the plug inserts H1229/…, H12290/… and H12292/…, this provides a universal solution for classic mixed wiring in hot runner technology.
The H1211/… therefore acts as a standard cable for the tool tester and offers users a robust, ready-to-use connection to a wide variety of tools – regardless of the specific wiring variant.
Solution for narrow connector variants – H12110/…
In addition to the standard range, HASCO has developed a targeted solution for narrow industrial connectors with the H12110/…. This variant is specially designed for 10- and 16-pin versions and is compatible with the H12291/….
With this addition, HASCO enables a secure, standard-compliant connection to the tool tester, even with compact connector systems.
H1213/… – the solution for separate wiring concepts
The H1213/… has been specially developed for tools in which thermal sensors and power cables are wired separately. It acts as an adapter solution between different connection concepts and enables the secure connection of such tools to the H1210/…. The cable is designed so that both pin and socket inserts can be connected flexibly.
The H1213/… is available in two variants and therefore covers different connection concepts. Type 1 is specially tailored to the Euromap 14 version. Here, a narrow connector for thermal sensors is combined with a wide industrial connector for power transmission. Type 2 is designed for tools with continuous, wide industrial connectors. This cable can be used to test both pin and socket inserts.
