HASCO Highlights Smart and Sustainable Mouldmaking

Under the motto “The Power of Plastics: Green – Smart – Responsible”, HASCO is set to highlight its commitment as a reliable and responsible partner to the mouldmaking and plastics-processing industry. This year, the company will focus on practice-related new and further developments, digitalisation in mouldmaking, process reliability, and energy efficiency all aimed at integrating sustainable and future-oriented solutions. Visitors can experience the latest product innovations live at K Fair Düsseldorf Germany, 2025- Hall 1, Stand C06.

Mould Base Innovations

HASCO has expanded its cooling product range. The extended cooling system Ø5 enables precise cooling of slide bars and small moulds, making it ideal for complex applications with limited build volume. The portfolio is further enhanced with additional chemical working substances certified with NSF H1, meeting the highest safety standards in food and medical technology.

A new slide retainer has also been introduced, providing a dependable solution to prevent damage and malfunctions in slide inserts. Additionally, the new InsertKey allows for clear coding of inserts, offering improved process reliability and clarity in mouldmaking operations.

Hot Runner Innovations

In the hot runner segment, HASCO will unveil advancements in additive manufacturing and its application in hot runner technology, showcasing how these innovations contribute to the future-readiness of mouldmaking. Key highlights include additively manufactured hot runners and filters that ensure maximum throughput with minimal shear.

Emphasis will also be placed on simplified mould diagnostics, enabling quick and efficient detection of wiring issues from the outset. Among other innovations, visitors will experience the convenience of fast and intuitive spare part ordering, enabled by paperless mould documentation that can be accessed directly at the mould.

With a legacy of pioneering mouldmaking, HASCO continues to support its customers from the initial concept through to final production — bringing forward 100 ideas from the past and 100 more for the future.
