Strengthening its focus on precision mould solutions and efficiency-driven innovations, HASCO India Pvt. Ltd. will present its latest advancements at the 14th Die & Mould India International Exhibition (DMI 2026), scheduled from April 21–24 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre. As the tooling industry continues to evolve toward higher productivity and global competitiveness, the company aims to demonstrate how standardisation, system solutions, and innovation can help toolmakers address complexity and reduce lead times.
With increasing demand for reliable, high-performance tooling solutions, HASCO continues to support manufacturers with technologies that enhance cooling efficiency, improve tool life, and optimise production processes. The exhibition serves as a platform to highlight India’s growing readiness to compete globally while showcasing advanced engineering solutions tailored for modern mould making.

Rajnikant Patel, General Manager – India / Sri Lanka / UAE, HASCO India Pvt. Ltd., highlighted the company’s offerings and industry perspective, stating that “DMI stands as the exclusive tooling exhibition focused on the die and mould sector from India, presenting India’s tooling capabilities to domestic and international stakeholders and providing insight into its preparedness for global competition,” adding that “our focus is on demonstrating how high-quality standard mould components and system solutions help toolmakers shorten lead times, improve reliability, and effectively manage complexity,” while noting that “we provide comprehensive offerings that support precision manufacturing, optimise cooling processes, and contribute to extended tool longevity, enabling toolmakers to increase production efficiency, mitigate risks, and comply with international best practices,” and highlighting that “one of our key innovations is the Cooling Tornado Z9665, designed to improve mould cooling efficiency by creating turbulent flow within cooling lines, increasing heat transfer, reducing cycle times, eliminating hot spots, and achieving uniform temperature distribution while enabling energy savings of up to 20–40%.”

He further elaborated on innovation-driven solutions, stating that “through the DOMINO project, developed in collaboration with partners, we are showcasing a 3D-printed Streamrunner hot runner manifold that enables in-situ injection moulding of multiple 2-component parts within a compact family mould,” noting that “this innovative concept opens up new design freedoms while delivering benefits such as reduced cycle times, smaller machine requirements, and more economical production,” and emphasising that “projects like DOMINO demonstrate how technological creativity, cooperative partnerships, and industry know-how can drive future mould developments and strengthen competitiveness,” while reinforcing that “DMI provides a valuable platform to showcase such advancements and connect with the broader tooling ecosystem.”
With its participation at DMI 2026, HASCO India continues to reinforce its commitment to innovation, efficiency, and supporting the next generation of mould manufacturing solutions.
